Slowly
stir grits into boiling salted
water. Cook five minutes
over direct heat, stirring
occasionally. Alternate
layers of cooked grits and
pieces of sliced sharp cheese in
greased baking dish. Add
Worcestershire sauce to milk and
pour over layers of grits and
cheese. Sprinkle with
buttered bread crumbs and
paprika. Bake in slow oven
(325 F.) about 20 minutes. |
