Soak
cauliflower, head down, in cold,
salted water. Drain until
very dry. Keep whole or
break into flowerettes, as
desired. Add milk and
seasonings to beaten egg.
Dip cauliflower in egg, then in
seasoned crumbs, and fry in deep
fat. Cauliflower may be
parboiled before frying, if
desired. |
