Green Parrot Vegetable and Side Dish Recipes
 

ESCALLOPED SWEET POTATOES AND APPLES
3 c. sliced sweet potatoes   1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sliced peeled apples 1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. water
2 tsp. flour  
 

Mix potatoes, apples, cinnamon, sugar, salt and flour together; add butter and water, and bake 35 minutes in buttered casserole in moderate oven.
