Green Parrot Inn Salads
 

ROQUEFORT DRESSING
1 pkg. cream cheese   1 c. sour cream
5 drops lemon juice 1/12 tsp. garlic juice
1 green onion, diced 1 pkg. Roquefort cheese
 

Blend cream cheese and sour cream very thoroughly.  Add remaining ingredients, including Roquefort cheese which has been crumbled rather coarsely.  Mix well, and pour over tossed salad.
