AVOCADO SALAD

3 ripe avocados |
|
1 lg. tomato,
chopped |
|
1 c. chopped celery |
1/2 tsp. salt |
|
1 tsp. chili powder |
1 tb. onion, grated |
|

Mash
avocados, add other ingredients
and mix with Green Parrot French
Dressing. Serve on lettuce
leaf. A little garlic may
be added for flavor, if desired. |
