Cut
chicken into serving pieces and
place on broiling rack, skin
side down. Blend together
the fat and 1 teaspoon of the
seasoning salt, using half of it
to brush the chicken.
Broil about three inches from
heat for seven minutes.
Turn skin side up, brush with
remaining fat mixture, and broil
for eight minutes. Blend
remaining ingredients and heat.
Arrange broiled chicken in
baking pan, cover with heated
sauce, and bake at 350 F. for
about 20 minutes, basting
occasionally. |
