Mix
ground beef with crumbs, egg,
milk, onion, salt and pepper.
Form into four patties, and
place in shallow oblong pan.
Dice potatoes, and brush with
melted butter. Season.
Broil about two inches from
heat. When meat is browned
well on one side, turn and brown
on other side. Remove from
broiler, garnish with parsley
and paprika, and serve
immediately. |
