Cook
ground beef in skillet until
brown and crumbly, using very
little grease. Turn into
1-1/2 quart casserole.
Arrange thawed peas over heat,
then cover with celery.
Mix together soup, cream, salt,
pepper, and onion, and pour over
the celery. Sprinkle
crushed potato chips generously
over the top. Bake in
preheated oven at 375 F. for
about 30 minutes. Serve
with soy sauce, if desired. |
