Cream
butter and sugar thoroughly, add
eggs, and mix well. Add
tomato juice alternately with
the sifted dry ingredients.
Add raisins and nuts and blend
well. Bake in a loaf pan
in a moderate oven (375 F.) for
one and one-fourth hours.
This cake is delicious with
cream cheese frosting. |
