Mix
scalded milk, potatoes, sugar
and shortening. Cool.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add yeast, soda and baking
powder to first mixture.
Ad 4 to 5 cups of flour.
Let rise 2-1/2 hours. Add
salt, and another 4 to 5 cups of
flour. Knead on board, and
let rise for two hours.
Work down and make into rolls,
or store in refrigerator. |
