Broadway, near north of the Tunnel. 150 employees
engaged in the manufacture of Marlborough Talcum Powder,
Face Creams, Brookwood's Perfumes and other toilet
preparations. Territory extends through Missouri,
Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Colorado,
Arizona and New Mexico. Kansas City house
started in 1878 as Woodward, Faxon & Co., in 1897 became
Faxon, Horton & Gallagher, in 1906 became Faxon & Gallagher
and firm became incorporated in 1908 under the name of Faxon
& Gallagher Drug Co. |
