Green Parrot Inn Salads
 

TUNA FISH SALAD
1 c. chunk style tuna   3 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. chopped sweet 1 tsp. salt
   pickles 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. diced celery 1 tsp. sugar
1 tb. grated onion Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. mayonnaise  
 

Combine all ingredients, mix gently but well, chill and serve on a bed of lettuce.
