Green Parrot Inn Salads
 

SUPREME CABBAGE SALAD

1 pkg. lemon jello   1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water
1/3 c. sugar 4 tb. vinegar
2 c. chopped cabbage 1 c. diced apricots
 

Dissolve jello in boiling water, add cold water, vinegar, sugar and salt.  Cool.   Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold.  Chill until set before serving.
