GREEN PARROT SEAFOOD SALAD

1 c. tuna, chunk style		1 c. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. diced celery		1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. Miracle Whip		2 tb. lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder		2 tb. Green Parrot French Dressing
3 c. cooked cold rice		21/2 c. minced parsley

Chill shrimp and tuna. When ready to serve, add celery and olives. Blend lemon juice and curry powder with Miracle Whip and add to salad. Toss rice with Green Parrot French Dressing and minced parsley. Spoon rice onto salad plate and heap salad on rice.
