Green Parrot Inn Salads
 

PINEAPPLE SALAD
1 can crushed pineapple   1 lemon
3/4 c. sugar 2 tb. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water 1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1/2 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tb. chopped celery 2 tb. chopped green pepper
2 tb. chopped onion  
 

Combine pineapple, sugar, lemon and gelatin, which has been dissolved in cold water.  Add remaining ingredients, and chill.
