Green Parrot Inn Salads
 

CREAMY ORANGE SALAD

1 pkg. orange jello   2 tb. lemon juice
1 c. hot water 1 tb. grated orange rind
1/2 lb. pkg. cream cheese Orange sections
1/4 c. orange juice  
 

Dissolve jello in hot water.  Gradually add to the cream cheese, blending until smooth.  Add orange and lemon juice.  Chill until slightly thickened, then add the grated orange rind.  Pour into four individual molds and chill until firm.  Serve on lettuce leaf, and garnish with orange sections.
