Vintage Kansas - A Celebration of Kansas City Past!

Who's Who In the...

Convention Hall,
Nov. 11th - 16th ~ 1912

Organized in 1905.  Located at 16th and Benton boulevard.  225 employees.  Territory west of the Mississippi river to coast; south to Gulf; north to Minnesota.  Increase, 100 per cent in 5 years.  About 20 per cent of product sold in this city, labor representing a large part of the cost.  Several hundred more skilled workmen could be employed in our line if the Kansas City buyers were not so ready to send their money out of town to the sacrifice of quality and service, and by so doing save a few cents and sacrifice the home market.  There are no better plants in our line in the world than Kansas City can boast of.
